An enchanting pale lavender-pink cushion-cut sapphire, weighing 8.00 carats, glistens in the center of this exceptional and exceptionally lovely Victorian crescent brooch. This sparkling sliver of moon is further set with 5.50 carats of bright old mine and European-cut diamonds. The crescent moon motif was quite popular in later Victorian jewelry and this stunning example dates to around 1885-1895. This fabulous brooch measures 2 3/8 inches long by a little more than 3/8 inch wide. Wear a smile!
