ABOUT THIS BRACELET

This darling and delightfully detailed Etruscan Revival-style Victorian bangle will have you glancing happily at your wrist time and time again. Lightly hand fabricated in 15K gold, the top half of the jewel centers on a cheery trio of stones--a tiny twinkling star-set Swiss-cut diamond and two glimmering rose-red rubies--set against a velvety gold plaque accented on each end by a highly dimensional flowering vine and scroll motif. Finely twisted coil trim adds the finishing detail to this hinged oval bangle. Quite lovely worn alone, it also plays well with others. Try stacking it with similar styles: 40-1-11418, 40-1-11413. Measures 6 1/2 inches. Condition note: one ruby shows wear commensurate with the age of the bracelet.

About Victorian Jewelry

The eclectic Victorians didn’t limit themselves when it came to motifs and themesβ€”if it struck their fancy, they turned it into jewelry. Sweet and sentimental with a distinct romantic streak, Victorian gems expanded upon their Georgian predecessors. The array of styles that blossomed (sometimes quite literally) during this era endure to this day.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones toΒ loosenΒ over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one!Β As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
