Modestly proportioned, but immodestly gemmy, this late-Victorian/Edwardian treasure (circa turn-of-the-20th-century) features a fine, half-carat (.49 ct.) faceted oval ruby imbued with a gorgeous, richly saturated crystalline red color. The enchanting gemstone glistens and glows from within a sparkling halo of 10 bright white European-cut diamonds, all of which are sturdily presented in lustrous 14K yellow gold. Total diamond weight, .40 carat. Currently ring size 5 1/2+.
