This symbol of faith, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, is exquisitely designed with vibrant pinkish-red rubies, lively antique single and rose-cut diamonds, and bright green enamel, and suspends from a fine 14K rose gold chain. Total ruby weight, .90 carat. Hand-fabricated in 18K rosy-yellow gold, circa late-19th/early 20th century.
